i stayed for several nights i must say the staff was courteous. the breakfast buffet had a great range of indian and international options i enjoyed the freshly prepared dishes. i found direct access to the mall convenient too it saved so much travel time.

the gym only has limited equipment i would've liked to see a wider selection.

the king guest room had welcome towel art and that was a really nice touch. the housekeeping team gives detailed attention i saw that they provide special requests for water coffee. my room had good clean facilities and great service

The location IS pretty convenient being connected to a big shopping mall. I found the staff at the entrance very polite. They greeted me every time I entered or exited. I really appreciated the breakfast with a variety of options available EVERY day.

The room I stayed in felt a little outdated. The cleanliness WAS an issue. I noticed some areas needed more attention. I Found only a very limited menu available for late-night dining.

I loved how easy it was to shop since the hotel connects to the mall. i also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. It had a good selection and tasted great. the lobby staff helped book tours. I especially enjoyed the tour to the taj mahal. bhanu was a helpful and informative tour guide.

i found that the hotel could use some tlc. some of the tiles in my room looked broken.

The room included a comfortable bed and a warm shower. toilet paper was provided. It was convenient. the room was clean and tidy upon arrival.

The hotel is next to a mall, a great advantage for shopping and dining options. It was very easy. its proximity to downtown made transportation convenient for exploring various attractions. the view from the hotel room was also really nice.
